Most Carribean yoga resorts are located either in the rainforest or on the beach. This trip has everything! Half time in the jungle rainforest, half on our own private tropical island. Everything is included in one price: meals, lodging, even airfare. Everything is taken care of for you.
Participation in yoga classes is entirely optional. Friends, families, couples and singles are all welcome.

Traditionally, Mama Nirvana's New Yoga has offered annual or semi-annual weekend retreats to Nine Mountain Retreat Center in Berkshire County. In 2003, we did a week-long retreat to the rainforest of Costa Rica. June 2004, we did a week-long retreat to the Maya Tulum Retreat & Resort in Mexico.
